NOTE ENTRY DEADLINES.
If paying via CHECK, it MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 10th,
or by DECEMBER 10th, for the discounted rate.
Solo - $80 by JANUARY 15TH, $75 by DECEMBER 15th via Venmo.
Duet/Trio - $65 per dancer by JANUARY 15TH, $60 by DECEMBER 15th via Venmo.
Group/Line - $60 per dancer by JANUARY 15TH, $55 by DECEMBER 15th via Venmo.
There will be no refunds, for any reason, other than if the event is canceled by the
director, in advance of the event, and will only be canceled due to entries being too low.
Entries will only be processed once your payment has cleared.
An invoice will be sent after we have received your forms.

The event will run, no matter the weather conditions, other than an act of nature out of the control of the director, that would make it impossible to run the event, (I.E. Fire, flooding, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, etc.). Credit, ONLY, for future events will be given if we cancel for any of those reasons.
